hrrmm check steam support i had a problem like that
also it may mean a hacked account :/ redeem the password immidiately!
my account was hacked like a week ago and to took a really long time to get it back cos the hackers had already changed the email

Well The only way i could think you could fix is that
you Maybe Change some of the Connection problems settings...
Otherwise... well what have you Done in the last 2 hours?

seriously i didnt think anything of it when i was hacked but my old steam account actually got banned for hacks WHILE THEY HAD IT and i couldnt do anything about it
also in the last 2 hours you have messed aorund with the SURF server..could that have anything to do with it?
